Camp, Classes & Item Purchasing Policies
and Registration Details
Camps & Classes:
Food and Drink: All campers are required to bring their own lunch and drink on Monday through Thursday.Friday: The camp fee includes a Pizza lunch on Friday.
Special Notes: If a camper has an allergy to any product found in pizza, they will be expected to bring their own lunch and drink.
Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of $45 per camper is due at the time of registration to hold a spot for the camper. The remainder is due the first day.
Cancellation Policy: Your $45 camp deposit is non-refundable. Two-week notice is required to request a transfer to a different class. Transfers are accommodated on a space-available basis. In the event that we cancel a session due to low enrollment you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another week or be given a full refund.
Art Camp Shirts: Weekly campers will tie-dye a special Art Camp Shirt! Wear your shirt when you paint with us and receive a $2.00 discount!
Camp Fees: All one-week summer camp sessions are $195 per person + VA sales tax.
Early Registration Discount:
Deduct 10% from the Camp Fee when you prepay in full by May 15, 2010. May not be combined with Multiple Session or Sibling Discounts, or other discounts.
Multiple Session Discounts:
- 1 Session – $195 plus tax
- 2 Sessions – $370 plus tax – Save $20
- 3 Sessions – $545 plus tax – Save $40
- 4 Sessions – $705 plus tax – Save $75
Sibling Discounts:
Save 10% off the base camp fee when more than one child from the same family enrolls in the same camp for the entire week. The sibling discount may not be combined with the multiple session discount.
Purchasing Policies:
When you place an order via the internet you will NOT receive an imprint but an email of the credit card transaction from Earth, Glaze & Fire. By checking the “Checkout” or Buy Now button where applicable, you acknowledge that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for this order including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax from your credit card account and that you agree to our Purchasing Policies set forth on this page.
Our Promise:
We promise to do our best to serve you to your complete satisfaction and be fair and reasonable in resolving any complaint or request for adjustment.
Ordering:
We do not see or keep credit card information, all orders are electronically processed through a secure gateway directly to the merchant accounts.
Sales Tax:
We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within the state of Virginia. Sales Tax rates are subject to change. If you wish to resell you must have established a wholesale account prior to ordering and we will have your Re-sale Tax ID on file.
